I’m Cerita Yvonne.
I don't give advice or opinions...
I teach Relationship Science.
I'm an educated and validated Relationship Trauma Expert, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, a liscensed psychotherapist, and an unapologetically Black woman.
I have receipts for these degrees and I'm excited to give you the tools to understand toxic relationships and narcissistic abuse because I not only have the education, I have personal experience.
I'm a narcissistic abuse survivor with a history of failed relationships. I'm also a recovered codependent love addict, perfectionist, sexual abuse survivor, and retired superwoman transformed into a powerful human being.
I created The Break the Cycle of Narcissitic Abuse in 5 Days because I know that too many women have fallen victim to manipulation and invalidation by people who were not capable of love and empathy.
