If you’re a Black woman looking to heal the root of your dysfunctional relationships and unworthiness or you want to level up your spiritual integrity, and self-love then you probably already know that your superwoman must become superHUMAN.
Show me the way!
Are you tired of struggling and suffering in silence?
Do you desperately want to end the cycle of dysfunction?
Do you play the role of ride or die, caretaker, social worker, medicine woman, counselor, and best friend yet there is an emptiness that lingers within you?
You want more. You can feel it, but you are too stuck to do something about it.
You know you are the solution to your problems, but you have no clue where to begin.
-
You have tried ignoring, avoiding, and dismissing your problems.
-
You feel misunderstood and disconnected although what you really crave is real connection.
-
You suspect your trauma is impacting your relationships and your life (and you are right!).
-
You feel ashamed because deep down you know you are capable of miracles.
-
You are afraid of your future if nothing changes.
If you have been stuck, then you know being stuck creates guilt, and the guilt gives way to shame. Shame can swallow you whole making it feel impossible for you to find a way out.
Shame makes you feel invisible and you become a prisoner trapped in a cage YOU designed because you feel broken and untrusting. I know you want to break-free because a superwoman can only be defeated by herself.
You are reading this because you want answers. I can give you the solution if you are ready for change.
I am ready to change!Introducing,

What if you could fall in love with YOU?
Do we have to call Miss Cleo or check our Black Girl Magic 8 ball to get a glimpse of the future?
Nope! I have the answer and it's You're the Cure!
Want to know what you get?
Here’s what you will learn inside of the program…
How to stop the foolishness, savagery, and self-abandonment.
Seriously, you can expect to learn how trauma has been the source of your dysfunction, toxic self-sabotage, and relationship issues.
- Develop Self-Trust so that you aren’t afraid to live, love, and connect. You no longer have to build walls to keep people out because you trust yourself.
- Increase Self-Love. Self-love is the real dope. You will learn to practice being in love with yourself so that your trauma is no longer choosing your partners.
- Exude Self-Respect so that you can easily teach others how to treat you so that you can more easily establish boundaries with yourself and others
- Expand Spiritual Growth. If you believe in a love bigger than yourself then you have a responsibility to honor yourself so that you don’t allow yourself to be paralyzed by the past, fear, anxiety, and doubt.
- Embrace Healthy Relationships. This goes without saying. When you practice self-love, you are happier. When you are happier all your relationships become more loving.
- Become More Authentic and live from Integrity so that you can free yourself from guilt, shame, and blame.
- Heal anger, rage, and resentment. I don’t need to explain why that is powerful- but I will ;)! Usually, there is sadness or disappointment underneath your anger. When you understand the sources of your pain you can heal.
Want to know how you will get it?
Let's break it down....
Learn the method that therapist practice to help people transform trauma, emotional eating, self-sabotage, anxiety, shame, depression, and addiction.
You're the Cure breaks down the complexity of understanding the personalities within your personality. I am sure you have noticed that you have “parts.”
A part of you wants to live a healthy lifestyle while another wants to eat cake, ice cream, and cookies. One part of you values love and communication while another may fly off in a rage cussin’ folx out over a minor incident leaving you feeling full of sorrow and guilt. You got dreams and still, one part of you has dreams and goals while another finds creative ways to sabotage all your efforts. I will teach you how to connect with the parts of you that are hurt or wounded and instead of enemies, they can become the ‘ride or die partners you've always wanted.
Get to know the God in you.
It’s easy to pray and follow a prescribed curriculum as a spiritual practice, but you may find yourself feeling disconnected and alone. You're the Cure will teach you about the inner workings of your mind so that you can separate your ego from your Spirit. Learning to build a new relationship with yourself can help you to recognize when you are hijacked by fear or pain from the past. You will get in touch with the essence of you and practice leading from your higher Self.

Here is how You're the Cure is different from everything else.
I am a real therapist.
I teach real scientifically backed therapy tools and systems.
My education isn’t based solely on some certification, YouTube video, or podcast. I have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars and thousands of practice hours (and I have receipts) to develop my mind, trust my spirit, and heal my trauma so that I could help women like you do the same and sooo much more.

I keep it real. I will not let you off the hook and I will not sell you dreams. I teach women how to become their own therapists because I know that once you understand how to connect, accept, and transform the parts of you that are savage, out of balance, or out of control- then most of the obstacles that you face will have no power. Having the tools to truly practice living from your Spirit instead of sabotage is how we heal the cycles of trauma and Live Your Best Life IRL!

Many coaches and teachers in the field of trauma teach from a position of privilege. Too often the experiences and stories of Black women are ignored, disrespected, or avoided. As a Black woman I know the cycles of trauma, invisibility, and loneliness. We are taught to put the world on our back, disregard our own pain, and to be strong at all cost. Together we will change all that while removing ourselves from the labels, stereotypes, and judgments that have kept us shackled to the past.
You are the common denominator.
If you attract toxic people, manipulators, users, or emotionally unavailable partners- then you gotta be willing to look at YOU because you are the common denominator. Dysfunctional relationships are a result of dysfunctional patterns and boundaries so…it's you boo. Without healing, you will repeat the cycle UNCONSCIOUSLY until you learn self-love, self-awareness, and self-trust. You have the power to change if you are willing to choose...
I am ready to heal.
I'm Cerita Ibrahim.
MEET YOUR GUIDE
Hey Sis,
My name is Cerita Ibrahim The Whole Therapist and I can’t wait to meet you inside You’re the Cure.
I was born a statistic and I was taught the tool of trauma- DENIAL.
I lied to myself.
I lied because I didn’t know how to deal with the painful truth.
I wanted someone to see me, help me, and make me whole-
Instead I found more holes than I knew how to heal.
How was it that I was the savior, and yet secretly I wanted to be saved?
I didn’t realize I wanted to be saved from the pain I couldn’t face…
So, I searched for love to distract me from what I didn’t want to see.
I believed the “right” one would bring me peace.
I read books, prayed, and made vision boards,
But I couldn’t admit the truth.
The truth is I needed to feel loved because I didn’t know how to love myself.
I thought that loving hard and giving my all would secure the “specialness” I needed.
I was wrong.
I thought using control would guarantee me safety.
I was wrong.
In all my efforts to control, I was being controlled.
I was controlled by the demands and needs of everyone and everything.
I was hurting and yet I was in denial about my own pain.
My ambition, motivation, humor, and spirituality were a good cover for feeling unworthy.
But, I hid that too.
I was taught worthiness came from taking care of others.
Self-sacrifice was supposed to be my way out of pain, but instead, it became my prison.
I learned that a good woman rescues.
She takes care of her man.
She fixes problems.
She ignores her own needs and put others first.
She doesn’t complain and pretends to be strong at all costs.
But… there is no disclaimer that in the process you sacrifice your sanity, integrity, and honesty.
I wanted freedom. I wanted happiness. I wanted MY OWN LOVE.
The expectation of who I was supposed to be almost killed me, but I wasn’t willing to participate in suicide.
I refused to sell my soul for a nightmare masquerading as a dream.
I knew I had a choice.
I could keep avoiding my past, or I could face down every demon that tried to swallow me whole.
I chose courage.
I learned to give to myself everything I was giving away and I focused on my dreams.
I became a therapist.
I healed my trauma.
I learned how to rescue myself from the lie that I wasn’t already whole, loveable, and enough.
All that time and energy spent chasing love, and it was ME who I was looking for.
Like they say in The Wiz, everything I ever wanted was in me all the time.
That’s why I created You're the Cure because too many Black women are struggling in relationships with themselves and their partners. If you want to stop the self-sacrifice, self-denial, and saving this class is for you.
You deserve self-love.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
Here is an opportunity to learn from a therapist how your past impacts your relationships and what you can do to fix it. The history of toxic relationships can be the final chapter of a long story, and the next story can be your love story.
Not sure if You’re the Cure is right for you?
It's not for everyone, and truth be told we’d prefer to help you figure this out BEFORE you join rather than waste your time.
So let’s get into it….
- Let’s be clear, this class is for Black women ONLY
- Women who want change, growth, and healing from their past trauma
- History of attraction to narcissists, manipulators, unavailable or inappropriate people
- Are easily triggered to anger and rage becoming volatile
- Want to save yourself from self-abandonment, self-sabotage, and people-pleasing
- Women who have experienced sexual abuse, violation, and abandonment
- Willing to join a sacred tribe of sisters on the same journey
- Willing to be imperfect, flawed, and non-judgmental
- Want to laugh and still enjoy life as you are learning
- Must be willing to fall in love with yourself and the life you create
You’re the Cure is NOT for:
- Anybody who is not a Black woman
- You think you know everything there is to know about yourself
- You aren't willing to be curious and compassionate with yourself
- You hate cussin' or cursing
- You aren't willing to commit to yourself
- You're looking for a Band-Aid, Duct tape, or Gorilla Glue to solve their problems
- You are judgemental
Don’t let another day go by before you have the peace of mind and the freedom to be exactly who you are.
You are so ready for this journey and if you read this far, you owe it to yourself...
Honestly answer these questions:
-
If not now, WHEN? When will you make yourself and your peace a priority?
-
What would your relationships look like if you had more self-trust and self-love?
There is no time like the present to save yourself. You need to jump on this once in a lifetime price because I promise you it won’t get any better than this.
What if I don't have the money right now?
What if I am afraid? I donβt know if I can deal with being uncomfortable.
Can I just pray about it or talk to my friends?
What is the difference between your program and therapy?
Is there a contract?
Do you accept insurance?
When you add that all up, it comes out to a value of $1,000,000 because peace of mind is priceless.
Where is the lie?
